What Your Stay Includes
All-Inclusive Safari Experience
Our rates are quoted in South African Rand and include twice-daily game drives, all meals, select local house drinks, Wi-Fi, and transfers to and from the Eastern Airstrip. Madikwe reserve fees are payable in addition to your accommodation.

Reserve fees are set by North West Parks and are subject to change without prior notice. They are payable with accommodation and are non-commissionable.

Reservation Terms
- ●Provisional bookings held for 7 days.
- ●25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm.
- ●75% balance due 45 days prior to travel.
- ●If the 25% deposit is not received within 7 days of written confirmation, the reservation may be released automatically.

Child Policy
Child policy applicable to ages 0 to 12.
Private-Use Villas
Children of all ages are welcome in our private-use Villas. Each Villa includes a private safari vehicle and guide, as well as a private chef, allowing the experience to be tailored to the family's needs, routines and preferred pace. Children of all ages may join safari drives when staying in a Villa, at the discretion of the guide and family.
Safari Suite Expeditions
- Up to two children accommodated per suite on Little Expedition Beds.
- Children aged 6–12 years are welcome on scheduled morning and evening safari drives.
- A child in their own room is charged the adult rate. A child sharing with a single adult is charged the child rate, while the adult pays the single supplement.
- Children aged 0–5 years are not accommodated on scheduled game drives when staying in Safari Suite Expeditions.
- For younger children, babysitting, early dining and a dedicated 'Bumble' Drive are included.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: 10:00
Lunch on arrival day must be pre-booked (served 13:00–14:00). Early check-in or late departure can be arranged in advance.
Madikwe Weather
- Winter: 0–30°C — sunny & dry

Madikwe Game Reserve is 75,000 ha and malaria-free.
Self-drive guests
Reserve gates are open 06h00 – 16h00. After-hours arrivals require a pre-arranged escort (Molatedi R750, Derdepoort R1 500, Abjaterskop R1 500 per vehicle).
